What this does
- High-quality JPG (q=92) — visibly indistinguishable for photos

Frequently asked
- Will it look the same as the TIFF?
- At q=92 the JPG is visually indistinguishable from the TIFF for any photographic content. Line-art and screenshots compress better as PNG — use TIFF → PNG instead for those.
- What about transparency?
- JPG has no transparency. Any transparent pixels become solid white. Use TIFF → PNG to preserve alpha.
